1. Overconsumption

Buying and using too many more products than you actually need. It turns into a vicious cycle with overproduction, and results in excessive natural resources usage and pollution.

Think. Are you one of the “members” of overconsumption? Extra clothes, bags, shoes, or something else like electricity and water usage, or wasting food because you ordered/bought too much?

The more people buy, the more products will be made; the more products to be made, the more damage we do to the environment.

3. Conscious Shopping

Instead of being pushed by brands' promotions, consumers shop based on their own thoughts and awareness of how the products will impact the environment and society .

If we think about it, there were a lot of times which we shopped and made purchases because of the commercials and promotions from brands, stores, and shopping platforms, not because of our needs. It’s time to think for ourselves and the things we care about.

4. Fashion / Clothing Rental

A business model provides you the service of renting clothes instead of buying them.

Use the clothes for a short time and return it, and focus on enjoyment rather than ownership. This is how we break the cycle of consumption.

Instead of buying the clothes, rent them for a short period of time, saving money and the hassle of laundry and storage.

It’s good for you, and good for saving the resources from being wasted. Clothing rental maximizes the chance an item is being used by sharing and circulating.

If there are some items that you’ll only wear once or twice, it’s best to rent them! You can not only rent wedding dresses, but also evening dresses, party outfits, work outfits, vacation dresses, or just some cute daily clothes!
